My perspective is that of a progressive leftist and former member of the Democratic Party. I am now registered as a member of the Working Families Party. I am a devout atheist who is an active member of the Unitarian-Universalist Church. I am transgender, a woman, a Navy veteran, a librarian, an artist, a poet, activist, and a pain in the ass. Stay tuned. This will be an interesting ride.

"ORGANICAL." 24x36. I decided to leave the background as is. Every time I look at it, I see many different levels of meaning for me. I see my inner struggle to show my true self -- male (mechanical) vs. female (organic). The struggle humanity has with integrating technology and nature. Also the perseverance of nature.
